Maryhill Winery is coming to Woodinville Wine Country. With an ever-growing list of awards, we are looking for a great person to join the Maryhill Winery Family. We are looking for a well-rounded hospitality professional with experience of kitchen oversight and kitchen management to help with the day to day operations of the Bistro. The right person will have the skillset to inspire the staff, leading by example, with enthusiasm and an upbeat personality.
Job and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant/kitchen management experience;
- Familiarity with food cost, inventory and ordering;
- Staff oversight and scheduling;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook and Word;
- Able to work varied shifts, including weekends.
- Able to lift, up to 40 Lbs. with no concern;
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time;
- Tolerate temperature fluctuations of a commercial kitchen.
