Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food in accordance with our restaurant's standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure the timely and efficient production of dishes while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities and Standards:
- Present a warm, friendly, and enthusiastic service-oriented attitude
- Efficiently run a high-volume scratch culinary line operation while ensuring our guests receive the best food quality possible.
- Organize and coordinate prep line
- Ability to accurately follow recipes and food specs
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality are being met by all staff
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Ability to self-manage and work independently
- Communicate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service
- Manage inventory levels and prep par level
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Required to follow all safety procedures to ensure personal safety from potential hazards
- Other duties as assigned as it relates to the team environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferred knowledge of POS systems
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary school training is a plus.
- Food handlers card or SERV Safe/HACCP Certification, preferred knowledge of alcohol serving laws
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

- Perform fine hand manipulation including handling small and large objects, chopping, using kitchen equipment, as well as working with and around sharp objects, including knives and slicers
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 Per hour DOE
